What draws people
October 19th, 2007Watching people wander in and out of a common area here at Converge South today got me thinking…. what is it that draws people? Whether it is drawing them together, to something, or out into a more social environment….. what is it?
I have watched people talk about clothes, politics, technology, jobs, family, dogs, events….. anything and everything. People inately have a desire to be accepted, we all know that. This desire spills over into their social interaction and causes the “how are you?” reaction when someone walks by or glances their way.
Now, how does that translate to today? I want to draw that same attention to my projects… my work… my life. It’s that good old 3yr. old “look what I’ve got!” that’s in all of us. I know all of you have those same pulls and desires, so while you’re out today take the time to show interest in someone else. It just might make their day.
